 We received a Fund For Teachers grant to study French cooking techniques and their food culture. This blog is to inform others about our experiences in France. We will be leaving on June 17 and return on July 2.  Travel with us to the Loire Valley as we dive into French cuisine. Then return with us to Paris and get a taste of city life through their baked goods, macaroons, and amazing chocolates! Of course, we will also treat you to the sights and adventures of France.
